In Philadelphia, a family is still seeking answers three years after their loved one was tragically killed in what they suspect was a tragic case of mistaken identity. They are now offering a substantial reward in hopes of finally finding justice.
Stacy Elliot Davis was navigating through the West Oak Lane area of Philadelphia on the night of March 11, 2021. It was around 12:26 a.m. when the sound of gunshots prompted a swift response from local police to the intersection of Easton Road and Lowber Street.
Upon arriving at the scene, officers encountered a distressing sight. They discovered a male, later identified as 21-year-old Stacy Davis, inside a gray 2006 Honda Accord. He had suffered from gunshot wounds. The aftermath of the shooting caused Davis’ vehicle to collide with several others. Tragically, he was pronounced dead right there.
In response to this heinous crime, the Citizens Crime Commission, in collaboration with the City of Philadelphia, has put forward a $20,000 reward. This sum is for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the individuals responsible for this act.
Adding to the city’s offer, the family of Stacy Davis is contributing an additional $10,000. This brings the total reward to an impressive $30,000 for anyone who can provide crucial information.
