Anticipated Team Formation: March 17 Showdown Against Anaheim Revealed

After securing a win in a shootout against the Minnesota Wild on Saturday night, the Blues’ Head Coach, Drew Bannister, plans to make a single change in the lineup for the upcoming game on Sunday evening against the Anaheim Ducks. This change involves Joel Hofer taking the goalie position due to the consecutive games schedule.

The game is set to start at 6 p.m. and will be broadcasted on Bally Sports and 101 ESPN.

Coach Bannister emphasized the significance of the game in a statement made after an optional skate on Sunday morning. He pointed out that despite the current standings of the Anaheim Ducks, it would be a mistake to underestimate them. He highlighted that the Ducks had not played the day before, making them a well-rested team. Bannister stressed the importance of not taking the game lightly, considering the critical phase of the season the Blues are in.

With a point earned on Saturday night, the Blues are now just four points away from the final Wild Card spot in the Western Conference, with 15 games remaining.
