The duo, known for their roles in “Spider-Man” and both aged 27, recently had a delightful tennis outing. On March 17, they were spotted at the BNP Paribas Open Women’s Final, held at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden in California. The pair enjoyed the game from the comfort of the Tennis Channel suite, where they were caught on camera joyfully singing Whitney Houston’s hit “I Wanna Dance With Somebody.”
For the occasion, Zendaya chose a chic ensemble consisting of a white zip-up jacket, a coordinating top, and a pleated skirt. Tom, on the other hand, opted for a casual look with a brown shirt layered over a white top, black trousers, and stylish tinted glasses.
Zendaya, who is set to portray a former tennis prodigy turned coach in the soon-to-be-released movie “Challengers” (debuting on April 26), had the opportunity to meet Iga Świątek after the match. Świątek, hailing from Poland, triumphed over Maria Sakkari from Greece with scores of 6-4, 6-0, clinching her second BNP Paribas Open title in three years.
Following her victory, Świątek shared her excitement on Instagram Stories, posting a photo with the “Dune” actress. She expressed her gratitude towards Zendaya, describing her as kind, funny, and thoughtful.
