Apple Valley Animal Services warmly invites the community to an exciting day filled with classic cars and adorable pets at the “Fast & Furrious Car Show and Adoption Event” this May.
The event kicks off at 9 a.m. on May 18 at the Apple Valley Animal Shelter, located at 22131 Powhatan Road, as announced by the organizers. Participants displaying their vintage cars should check in by 8 a.m., with the final admission for cars at 9:45 a.m.
Attendees can look forward to live music and a variety of food options throughout the day.
For those wishing to showcase a vintage car, pre-registration is required, say the animal services officials. The registration fee is set at $20, or $25 for those who opt for an event T-shirt and lunch included. All cars must stay at the event site until the conclusion of the show at 2 p.m.
To enter, participants should send a check payable to the Apple Valley Community Resources Foundation to Apple Valley Animal Services – Fast & Furrious, 14955 Dale Evans Parkway, Apple Valley, CA 92307.
The event promises not only a day of fun but also supports a great cause, with all proceeds benefiting the animals at the Apple Valley Animal Shelter.
